						Windows/system directory
Charlie.exe	Executable Charlie program	Create a directory ...Charlie
						f.i. C:\CHARLIE, and
						copy this program there
CharGo.exe	Runtime Charlie program		In C:\Charlie or so
Charlie.Hlp	Charlies Help file		In the same dir or Windows dir.

The Help files are under reconstruction, so we left them out of this rel.
Charlie runs in windows, so install in a program group to your liking, set
the home directory correct, otherwise you might have problems using the 
Helpfile. If you give the runtime module a databasename (Full path !) as 
parameter, it will start automatically within this database. 
(If you have prepared it with Charlie, and given the query's you want 
available here an Icon (double click under Icon in the SQL screen, and 
don't forget to save !)
